Summary: Kuzar is the home of the Kuzari, a minor human race that had barely entered the industrial age when first encountered by Vilani scouts. Kuzar remained independent through the First Imperium and the Rule of Man, and has only recently been absorbed into the Third Imperium. Kuzar has been ruled by a strict Theocracy for nearly a millennium, but a democratic movement has started to gain some popular support. Female off-worlders are warned to stay on the starport grounds, or better yet in orbit, since according to local law women are little more than property.
